    Hi,

    We have been doing some testing with store credits and even though there are no store credits left for any customers, the unclaimed store credits is still showing an amount due to a deleted user.

    Is there a way to reset this unclaimed counter or will it fix itself over time?

    Also when I click on sort on the Store Credit Balance in Customers to find all customers with any store credit balance left, it does not show any customers. The Sort by Customer Name and Email works fine (10,000 plus customers)

    Thanks for the message!

    Seems we might need an additional action to remove store credit entries for users as they’re being deleted. I’ll raise this up with the team so we can get it fixed on a future release as I believe it was working previously.

    In the meantime, it’s possible to delete the rows from the database table but you would need to do this manually. I’d highly recommend making a backup of the database before doing it if you go this route.

    I’ll raise this up to introduce an advanced tool in the settings to help folks with this issue.

    Another quick question, which capability do I need to set for user roles to manage store credits? At present the only way to get this working is “manage woocommerce” capability, but I don’t want this use to have access to the Woocommerce settings.

    It works fine with the coupon capabilities settings for coupons, just no access to store credit.

    Hi @upperfield, no worries!

    The capability minimum is manage_woocommerce which means Administrators and Shop Managers. If you have a custom role you’re trying to grant you could give that role manage_woocommerce and they should get access (this would also open up a lot of WooCommerce though).
