# Reset subscriber ID

 * When I delete all of the subscribers, and then import a new list, the IDs of 
   subscribers does not start from 1, but from the number of the last added subscriber(
   which is now deleted).
    How can I reset the IDs to start from 1 again? Thanks.

 * It’s a database “feature” to now reset the counter. Ask a technician to enter
   your database and truncate the wp_newsletter table.
