Simply go to the advanced ratings settings in your admin’s dashboard, and use the red ‘Reset’ button. Let use know if that worked.
It did more than I was looking for. I was able to retrieve from my staging site and want to retry again. I have the pro version and the red button is a delete history key.
Is there a way to just reset the ratings to 0 while leaving the key in tact?
