 * Hi,
 * How can I reset the plugin back to default? I accidentally clicked on one of
   the headings and now it’s not showing me the information I needed to be able
   to identify the difference between each variation. I did notice this post [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/reset-default-plugin-settings/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/reset-default-plugin-settings/)
   asked the same thing but I am unable to find a value with my admin email address,
   has this changed?
 * Any help would be good.
 * Thanks
 * Matt

 * Hi Matt,
 * Sorry for the delayed response.
 * Would like to update you that you can simply click on the same column header
   in Smart Manager grid till the sorting arrow sign disappears to reset the sorting.
 * Further, if still you are unable to reset the sort then you would need to delete
   a WordPress option at the WordPress database level by simply following the below
   steps:
 * 1) Open your WordPress database & then go to wp_options table
    2) Search all
   values having **‘_sm_beta_[your wordpress login email]_Products‘** as option_name
   3) Now delete the same row. That’s it.
 * Please do let us know if the same resolves the issue or not.

 * Hi [@storeapps](https://wordpress.org/support/users/storeapps/),
 * Apologies for the late response, I didn’t get any email notification letting
   me know you had replied.
 * I can’t remember what I did but I managed to resolve it, I may have clicked on
   the sorting arrow.
 * Thanks 🙂
 * Matt
