Reset password page doesn’t work

    Dear Ultimate Member Team,

    Recently, I cannot use the reset password page (Ultimate Member). It keeps going back to the homepage. I am not sure why. Is there I can do to fix this?

    Hi @rayszhaes

    Make sure that the Reset Password page is assigned in the WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > General > Pages. Also, check if the UM Content Restriction is no set in the Reset Password page when you edit it.

    Hi,

    This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?
