Its the oddest thing….I simply don’t have an option to reset passwords in the admin interface (when logged in as admin, or any other user).
When I try to follow the instructions here to reset my password, step #3 cant be done.
In the Edit User screen, scroll down to the New Password section and type in a new password in the two boxes provided. The strength box will show how good (strong) your password is.
I have no password boxes on my profile page!
And from the login screen, if I select “Lost your password?” i get a gerenic message “Disabled”
I’ve searched everywhere but am seeing no one with this similar issue.
