Reset Password not working

Hello,

I can not get TML to correctly display the page to reset the password, or send the email to restart it. If I use the default page to reset the password, the page is blank. If I create a new page with the code, and I enter it in the TML configuration, it remains loaded and is not displayed. I have created a new page with the code:

[theme-my-login default_action = “lostpassword”]

And I have created an independent link, but when entering the username or e-mail, it gives an error “TOO MANY REDIRECTS” and the users can not re-establish their password.

I have tried some solutions, but none has helped me.
