    Hi,

    Thanks for the plugin. It works great.

    I’m using it so that returning customers can log-in in the shopping cart of a new product.

    But, the “lost your password” feature doesn’t seem to be working. When I write a the user e-mail and then click the “Email reset link” button, nothing happens.

    I’m not using Woocommerce as my shopping cart, I don’t know if that’s the issue.

    Is there a way to make to reset password option work without Woocommerce?

    Any help here is appreciated.

    Hello,

    Plugin works fine without woocommerce.
    When you click on “Send reset password link”
    1) Does the form gets stuck & you don’t see any “Successfully sent” notice? If yes, then please try deactivating other plugins, some other plugin might be interfering
    2) If you are unable to receive email, please confirm that the email setup is done correctly & your site is able to send other emails.

    The same thing happens to me, I have already reviewed the rest of the emails and all the others are sent except the password reset.

    Having the same problem with me as well…

    Tried the all plugin deactivation and then activating one by one method… found out that this plugin is the one causing the error

    The lost password link just refreshes the page. Doesn’t even send an email

    Please help resolve asap

    Hi again,

    Just wanted to follow-up on this.

    I tried deactivating other plugins one by one to see if there was any interference, but didn’t find any. Therefore, the issue still persists.

    Hope this issue can be solved.
