Reset Password Link goes to blank account page

I’m nearly ready to launch a new site using membership 2 and I cannot get the password reset link to work.
The default password reset works from the /wp-login.php page but the one that goes to the /account page shows just a blank page.
I found this string on the pro site, http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/the-password-reset-link-still-gives-me-an-error?replies=3#post-960230. But it did not do the trick for me.
Please assist asap. We were ready to go live, but now with this issue, I want to hold off until everything is working.

FYI, I have tried converting to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins. The issue persists.
