# Reset password Issue

 * Hi Guys,
    Could you help me with this issue? When insert new password and password
   confirmation in reset password page I receive this message “This is not possible
   for security reasons”. The page doesnt show a validate tips with error message.
   Just go to another page and shows up this message “This is not possible for security
   reasons” Thanks, Mirna Santos

 * Yes.
    1- I insert my email. 2- Receive a reset password email. 3- I click on 
   reset password button into email 4- It goes to reset password page. 5- I insert
   my new password and confirm that. 6- I click on reset my password button. 7- 
   It goes to another page and shows up this message “This is not possible for security
   reasons”

 * Are you trying to change password as admin or user?

 * I found the error. I have clicked on email link as admin, and the account was
   the user.
