# Reset Password – invalid key

 * Hello!
 * I’ve been having ‘invalid key’ issues with the lost password function for some
   time now (even before WP 4.3) and it is preventing users from registering on 
   my site.
 * I tried all the fixes I can find in other threads but I haven’t had any luck.
 * Weirdly I have a test server running a pretty much identical theme and the lost
   password feature IS working on the test server. (aside from the visible characters
   in the password reset form- but I can hide that so it’s not really an issue) 
   The only real difference that I can think of between my test serer and my main
   server is that I have some caching set up, but even disabling the cache doesn’t
   help the issue.
 * Is there any SQL queries I can do maybe to clear some settings or any other reason
   anyone can think of as to why this is just NOT working on my main server? Maybe
   something I can ask my web host regarding cookies or permissions or anything 
   like that? I really need to solve this issue asap.

 * As in previous threads, have you checked that your host isn’t using server-side
   caching such as Nginx?

 * Is there a way to get Theme My Login to play nicely with server-side caching 
   with nginx?

 * Yes. Tell the server not to cache TML’s pages.
