Reset Password Form (sent to user’s email) not working.

When a user clicks, “Forgot password” and enters their email address, a link is sent to the email address. The link takes the user to a “Reset Password” page where they can enter and confirm a new password. After clicking the button to reset the password, the too many redirects error page comes up…
The new password does not save successfully.
What can I do to fix this?
