Reset Password for New User Not Working

    Good day!

    I run a multi-site and I added a new user to my website network with intention of granting Editor Access to one of the other websites.

    When he receives the email that asks him to reset his password and clicks on it, it gives him a PAGE NOT FOUND. I tried to do it also on my own using a test email and get the same result.

    What can be the issue? I don’t run any plugin that may interfere. I searched the forum and see that all queries like this are related to plugin: Theme My Login but I have deactivated that plugin already and I am sure I am not using it.

    Are you running any security plugins that are changing the login url?

    Are YOU able to log in as this user, so you know that their user account actually functions? (I know you got the reset email and it sent you to a page not found, but if you manually reset the password, can you logout as an admin and log in as this user?

    Look carefully at the link for the reset: is it a link to the main site of the network? What domain does the reset url use?
