# Reset Password Email

 * I have forgotten my password about a week ago and had selected “Forgot my password”
   to update it. I received the reset email however, when I open the email this 
   is all I see.

 * I’ve requested to change my password multiple times to see if maybe it was just
   the one email but every time it sends me this. I need to get into my website 
   asap as school is almost out and all of my needed information needs to be updated
   or I will receive a horrible grade. Please help, thanks.

 * Well, yes. But to get support I have to log in to add a post for support. But
   I can’t even get into my account to do so because I can’t change my password.

 * Juts set up a new account in WordPress.com so you can post your issue for attention,
   and consider using a password manager like [KeyPass](http://keepass.info/) to
   prevent the loss of any more passwords.
