 * Missing `wp_password_change_notification( $user );` from Classes > Student.php
   line 250.
 * Notifications are not being triggered and it should be when a user changes his/
   her password.

 * I can see that the email is sending when the user enters their email address 
   from the **retrieve-password/** password page. This is how the forget password
   is working on the current version of the Tutor LMS plugin.
