    Hi @nadernili,

That message is usually displayed either if the email address entered is not valid (doesn’t exist) or if the site is not sending the email.

To investigate this, could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?

You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    Best regards

    Hi @nadernili,

I’ve tested the PMS Recover Password functionality on my site (while using a valid email address), and everything works correctly.

To check if the emails are being sent by Paid Member Subscriptions you can use an Email Logging plugin like: https://ro.wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ on your website. It will add a log entry each time the wp_mail() WordPress function is called (our plugins use this function for all of the emails they send).

You will then be able to go to the Email Log page on your website’s Dashboard to see if the email is being sent.

If it is listed there then there is a good chance there are filters set up on the server that might block some outgoing emails and I would suggest you contact your web hosting provider and ask them if this is the case.

Or in case you use a plugin to send your emails (like a SMTP plugin) you can search in that plugin’s settings if everything is set up correctly there.
