# Reset password

 * Hi,
 * When I try to reset my password with the “forgot password?” link, I receive a
   message in my email box containing the reset link, but using the link provided,
   the following error message is displayed:
 * “the password update failed. The session has expired! Please try again.”
 * Is there any solution?

 * Do you have a cache plugin running in your site? If yes, have you excluded the
   login page from being cached?

    I don’t use any cache plugin.
