Could you temporarily disabled the SendGrid plugin and see if this helps?
I vaguely remember someone telling me a while ago that SendGrid’s email tracking functionality was causing issues with query string variables in LifterLMS emails (which are required with the password reset emails).
If that fixes the issue could you please contact SendGrid for some assistance here.
