    Its my first time here! My system crashed and i lost all my passwords and
   documents on my system. So i cant log into my website and i have been trying 
   to send a reset password to my mail. But have not received any reset mail yet
   for over an hour. Is there anyone that can help me out here! Thanks. Website:

 * You have hosting cpanel details? if yes connect and check mail settings
 * or (worst case)
 * goto phpmyadmin and reset your password manually
