    I’d love to wield some magic and have tried my darndest to perform a reset of your recommendations data, which you are correct in that it is totally on our side. However, we are performing some work on our Analytics (which is used in the generation of your recommendations), and this is causing a problem with grabbing your ‘new’ URLs.

    Unfortunately, your Related Content will be out of commission for a short while until we finish up the work being performed on Analytics, but I have added your details to the ticket (SHR-616) to make sure your new recommendations are delivered to you ASAP. Just keep the feature active, and you’ll hear from me as soon as we get things going again on our end.
