Support » Plugin: Membership 2 » Reset Membership 2 not working

  • Hi there
    I’m trying to do a fresh install of the Membership 2 plugin.

    I go to the Membership 2 Settings page and add &reset=1 to the end of the url.
    I then get the reset dialogue box, check the Yes box and click the Do It button.

    I then deactivate and delete the Membership 2 plugin from the plugin page.

    Then I reload the plugin and activate it and I find that my Memberships, Users and Protection Rules are still there.

    All that has been reset are the add-ons, Protection Messages and Automated Email Responses.

    Any help on how I can do a complete reset, delete all the data associated with Membership 2 and start from scratch?

    Hope you’re well.

    I tried on my test site with fresh install WordPress and I can replicate the problem. So I reported this to our developers, I will update this thread once I got feedback.
