I enabled ‘Reset invoice number yearly option’ (via WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice), and ‘Reset receipt number yearly option’ (via WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Receipt), but in my case it has worked just for invoices and not for receipts.

Hello @rikofert Receipts are not part of this plugin, are you using the Italian Add-On, or another third party plugin? Since you mention this does in fact work for the Invoice, you have to contact the developer of the Italian Add-On about the issue with the Receipt (here’s the support forum for that particular plugin).
You are right, I am using the Italian Add-On. It is my fault, sorry.
Yes, that option is enabled, but doesn’t work.

@artprojectgroup Is this for just the invoice (given the issue with Receipts above)? When exactly did you enable this option? The option works fine on our own sites (and rikofert above). Is PDF Invoices > Status > Calculate document numbers (slow) enabled or disabled?

When exactly did you enable this option? This only works if you already set this last year.
The option was enabled one year ago.
My client need the reset just for invoices number, sorry.

I’m running out of possible explanations… It’s working for me and I haven’t received any other reports of issues with this feature so I’m not sure why it’s not working for you.
1) Is is possible that you are looking at the order number and not the invoice number?
2) Are you using any other plugins that may interfere with the invoice numbers (third party addons)?
3) Are any filters in place for the invoice numbers?
