Reset input value of quantity in plugin

I would need help to solve the following problem:

I have a plugin in WordPress that has an error in which the input value is not reset in the amount of products added. For example, when I add 4 sodas to the shopping cart and I want to add something else, the quantity of choice remains 4 instead of 1.

Is there any code snippet that I can add until the author fixes the problem?
