Reservation Form Doesn't Show

    Hello there. I followed the link, clicked a timeslot and the form did slide out as its supposed to. I don’t see any js errors or anything so maybe I’m misunderstanding the issue you are having? Is it possible that you just didn’t click the a timeslot to display the table?

    Let me know if things have resolved themselves or if you need further assistance.
