    The confirmation email is received immediately by the customer but the reservation email isn’t coming through to the admin. The details are filled out correctly and everything has been working fine for over a month already. The admin email address hasn’t changed. The only thing I can think that might have affected it is that I added another admin to the site. I have since removed the new admin and it’s still not working. Can anyone help? Thanks

    Hi,

    Please check the “from” email address used in the settings. Note that if you use a “from” email from a public email service like “@hotmail.com”, “@aol.com”, “@outlook.com”, “@gmail.com”, … it will be filtered by most antispam systems since the email will be identified as “not originated at the expected server”.

    Try using a “from” address that belongs to the website domain.

    Thanks. My email address does belong to the website domain which is why I was so confused by this. It seems to be working fine now though so I’m not sure if perhaps the second admin had caused a glitch which has now resolved itself. Thanks anyway!
