  • I’ve managed to translate most of the plugin. When a customer makes a reservation in a second language, the first mail informing that the reservation has been recieved it correctly translated.

    I’m using WPML. All email templates and contents (including the one with the confirmation) have been translated using String Translation.

    The problem is when I confirm his reservation – the mail informing him that his reservation has been confirmed is not sent in the correct language. How to make sure the plugin sends a confirmation e-mail in the language that the reservation has been made in?

    Hi @marktwain22,

    Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the plugin’s compatibility with WPML at this time. By default, WPML handles everything in the current user’s language. So when a booking manager confirm’s the reservation, that email is sent out in the booking manager’s language.

    I investigated a possible workaround to this a while ago, but was not able to implement it. I don’t have much experience with WPML so I have always been shooting in the dark a bit on this one.
