    Hi guys!
    I see the option in Woocommerce to resend the invoice to customers but I really need to be able to resend the Order Complete email, the email they receive when I select Completed in Woocommerce

    How can I do this?

    Have you tried sending the order again by going to WooCommerce > Orders and then select the order and choose the option: Email invoice / order details to the customer from the orders tab as shown in the image here: https://cld.wthms.co/oulvfR?

    Yes but that sends the invoice and not the email you get sent when you complete an order I think?

    Hi, it sends the invoice, but not new order email.
    OK, so this may be OK, this is what I am trying to do.

    A customer orders and I click ‘complete order’ and they get sent an email at that point, now, this email I have customised to say ‘This is your ticket, please print and bring to event’

    This works well, but now and then you get a customer who hasn’t got that email for whatever reason, so I need to be able to resend it.

    I can resend the invoice, so my question would be, does and invoice initially only get sent once payment has been received?

    If so, I can simply edit the Email heading (paid) and that would work.

    Any help here much appreciated as the event is coming up

    Hi there,

    You can resend the invoice to the customer and/or the New Order email to the admin by choosing from the drop-down menu in the Order Actions section of an opened order. If you want to send a note to a customer, you can do that by choosing ‘Add Note” in the sidebar, and choose ‘Send to Customer’ in the dropdown. The note will be emailed to the customer when you click ‘Add’.
