# Rescheduling process

 * Is there a way to re-process a rescheduled event? I mean if someone reschedules
   a booking, it keeps the same status; is there a way to set the status as “pending”
   after the reschduling? Thank you.

 * Hello, it is not possible to change the booking status when a customer reschedule
   it unfortunately. This would be possible with custom code only (on the [bookacti_booking_rescheduled](https://github.com/bookingactivities/booking-activities/blob/1.11.4/controller/controller-bookings.php#L507)
   hook). I note your request, thank you!
