 * – Can add in audio 
 * – Cannot skip any questions 
 * – Not allowed to fast forward the video/audio. 
 * this all requirement available to this plugin?

 * If you mean adding audio to a question, yes, you can do that.
   Open your question,
   and above the input section where you write your question, you’ll see “Add Media”.
   Click on it and select the audio you want to include.

 * Yes, you can make all the questions required.
   Go to the **Settings** **tab**,
   scroll down to find the “Make the questions required” option, and **enable** 
   it.**See the screenshot below:**

 * If you mean you want the quiz taker to speed up the video to watch it quickly,
   then, at the moment, unfortunately, there is no such feature available for usage.
