Requires Legal Entity & TAX ID Info for ANYTHING

    This seemed like such a wonderful plugin and I suffered through page after page of setup info, when all I really needed – to begin with – was a reservations plugin.

    Adding this requirement for “legal entity name” and “tax identification” is simply OVERREACH of the worst product design I’ve ever seen in any WordPress plugin – in 15 years of web design work.

    Their online support has no idea why this is required, but stated it’s required even for simply reservations.

    I tried adding just the reservations shortcode and it pulls up all ORACLE terms. More overreach and over-complexity. This isn’t an ERP system, it’s not JDEdwards or Workday or Oracle eBusiness suite.

    Time for a new product leader.
