A great plugin!

A bit hard to implement due to scant documentation – e.g. each page of the Contact Form is designed to terminate (it’s own email target, shortcodes auto-inserted on Mailing tab) and there’s scant mention of how to adapt that in multi page context;
Other than that, does the job very well. Thanks to the developer.
