Hi,
You should be able to add additional rel attribute tags (such as sponsored) under ThirstyAffiliates->Settings->Link Appearance section. That way all your links will have the sponsored rel attribute tag added.
You should also be able to add an additional rel attribute tag for each link individually.
Make sure to have the “Link options” option enabled in your Screen options in the right upper corner (when editing the link). From there, you can set your additional rel attribute tag for each link individually.
Ok thanks – and just confirming this will apply the change to all existing links in published blog posts, not just new links added?
Thanks,
Rachel
Hi,
To make sure it does, you can add an additional rel attribute tag for each link individually. The rel attribute tag added for an individual link overrides the rel attribute tag set under ThirstyAffiliates->Settings->Link Appearance section. If no rel attribute tag is set for the individual link, it will have the global rel attribute tag setting.
Hi,
Is it not possible to override all links with a global rel attribute containing?
nofollow noopener sponsored
I guess this is what most users will be wanting to do.
Thx.
Ok, that seems to be working using, noopener sponsored in global settings.
Can I add 2 rel attributes under ThirstyAffiliates->Settings->Link Appearance? If so, should I separate them with a comma or not?
