 * A field is set as required, but when you click the PayPal button it goes through
   with the payment. It should go back to the top of checkout saying, “X is a required
   field.”

 * Could you please confirm that the option “**_Enable required validation override
   for address fields._**” is enabled in the **_Locale override settings_** inside
   the **_Advanced Settings _**tab. If not, please enable the above-mentioned option
   and check whether the issue is getting resolved.
