Required fields and captcha not initially working

    We have several contact forms on our site and have noticed that none of them are actually requiring the captcha or the required fields to be completed upon initial submission. Meaning I can click submit and it appears the form submits, but then when I click on the contact button again the form comes up and it now shows the errors for required fields or captcha.

    Validation is handled server side so that doesn’t sound possible unless something is broken/conflicting.

    Links to the forms in question would be helpful.
