    Hi!

    I have a problem with my WooCommerce checkout page.

    A customer wrote to me because, after entering her details and proceeding to confirm her purchase, she received the following error:

    “Name is a required field.
    “Surname” is a required field.
    “Address” is a required field.

    However, she had already filled in all the fields. She did this using Chrome on Windows.

    I have tried to make test purchases from Windows, iOS, Android… And from Firefox, Safari and Chrome. It works correctly for me, even from incognito mode, but I would like to understand where the problem is for her, in case it happens to other customers in the future.

    The only recent change on the website was to implement reCaptcha on the forms on the page. Can it be related? However, reading other people with the same error, reCaptcha does not seem to be the cause of the problem.

    From your description, it seems like the issue is isolated to one customer, which suggests that the problem might be on the customer’s end rather than with your WooCommerce checkout page.

    However, it’s always a good idea to investigate these issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all your customers.

    Here are a few potential reasons why the customer might be experiencing this issue:

    1. The customer might be using an outdated version of Chrome. Please ask the customer to update their browser to the latest version and try again.
    2. The customer’s browser cache or cookies might be causing the issue. Ask the customer to clear their cache and cookies and try again.
    3. The customer might have a browser extension that’s interfering with the checkout process. Please ask the customer to disable any/all browser extensions and try again.

    As for the reCAPTCHA, it’s unlikely that it’s causing this issue as you’ve tried from different browsers and could not replicate the issue from your end.

    In the meantime, you can also check your WooCommerce error logs for any clues. You can find these logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    I’ve made new sales since then and no one else got the same problem, so I it’s definitely on her end.
