    The page is not showing because it is the checkout page
    so if you don’t have anything in the basket it’s not going to load

    The error is the last blank you see in the capture showing that I’m actually filling something in the last blank but it’s still showing “the blank is required” so it just failed to detect the text i filled

    But the same blank in the additional address doesn’t have this problem 🥺

    Your site is still not loading for us. Could you please verify whether you have set an IP or country restriction on your server?

    I’ve been asking friends from a few countries to check for me they can all go to my site with no problem
    one of them is from Germany
    , one of them from Taiwan
    and one of them from Japan

    And I didn’t set any restrictions on my site:(

    Ive raised a ticket but I still have to work on my site so I cant just keep the blank as a required field

    I submitted the request for support a few days ago but no reply

    I wonder if they just cant see the problem or what
