 * Is there any way to limit a particular user to only create child pages of a certain
   parent?
 * For categories there is the great [Bind User To Category](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bind-user-to-cat/)
   plugin, but I was wondering if there is something similar for Pages.
 * I can hide the other pages with User Access Manager, but it still lets a user
   post a page in the root (without a parent page).
 * Thanks!
