Require membership access plan at registration

New in the last couple weeks to LifterLMS designing site with the launchpad theme and hybrid access with memberships and course purchase. One membership is a one time purchase. I am trying to set the registration so that this membership is required. Can’t quite figure out how to make that happen. I was thinking to use a custom registration page but don’t see how to require membership.
