Requests to admin-ajax.php for imgoptm

    I am seeing many requests to admin-ajax.php with the following query args:

    ?action=async_litespeed&nonce=xxx&litespeed_type=imgoptm

    However, the image optimization settings are disabled. For reference, this is the page:

    Is this maybe a bug? Or what is the intention of calling admin-ajax.php even when the setting is disabled?

    Or maybe I have not fully disabled that feature? How would I do that?
