# Requesting Authentication login

 * If you go to my site:
    [http://viralmobisuite.com](http://viralmobisuite.com)
   you will see the problem is a popup window asking for verification login info
   from business-themes.com I think this must be a kingcomposer issue because if
   I deactivate this plugin the pop up no longer appears when I view pages.
 * I cannot begin to work on this site at all this way.
    the theme I purchased is:
   Highstand and I am using the child version.
 * Have not been able to resolve this through normal tech support of the theme

   the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, [commercial products](https://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products)
   here. Your best bet is always your product’s developer, so we encourage you to
   use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues
   with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

   if you feel that this is a plugin issue.

 * Please go to Appearance > Widget > Main sidebar
    Then find all Code widget then
   replace url business-theme.com by your domain. It will solve issues.
