    Hi guys,

    I had a reply to my 15th December 2018 email to you (copied below), in which you thanked me for bringing to your attention, and said that you would remove, the incorrect information about UpdraftPlus on your website. However, I’ve not heard from you since then, and I have not received any replies to further emails. I would be very grateful if you could remove the parts of the page which are now out-of-date. Thank you!

    (The “before the end of this year” feature was indeed released last year, as per my later email).

    I’m David Anderson, the lead developer of UpdraftPlus. Your product looks very interesting, and I wish you all the best with it. I’d like to just correct a couple of things mentioned on this page, which are out of date – :

    1) UpdraftPlus supports incremental backups, when run via WP-CLI. It will support them via the WP dashboard too in our next release, due out before the end of this year.

    2) “Creating a clone of the live site is a manual process that includes backing up the live site, uploading it in a different location along with a processing file and then takes multiple steps to set it up.” – this is a few months out of date too; we launched UpdraftClone earlier this year, which supports instant cloning via just pressing the button.

    The other point is still true; you can’t white-label UpdraftPlus from the user interface.
