These videos also do not get published online correct? I read no documentation anywhere that mentions if an uploaded video is sent somewhere else?

I will not be able to respond until Monday 11-4. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I would like to test the plugin and see functionality before we can purchase the full version.
Hi,
Once you uploaded video in your admin, then the video will be placed in the following path.
\wp-content\uploads\videogallery\
Please make sure that your video is placed in the above path. And also check the “Videos” page (Video Gallery Home Page http://screencast.com/t/pWIUvOjn) in your front end and check your 18th video is working fine or not. If the video is working fine, then try with the following short code.
[hdvideo id=18]
If this shortcode is working fine, then you need to check for the correct category ID in the following path WP Admin -> Video Gallery -> Categories http://screencast.com/t/ehbKskuQR.

The video exists in the above path and was saved correctly.
I removed every video except the test-video that I am trying to get working. This test-video still has the id 18.
I am sure that the category ID is 2 (animation). I cannot check to see if the video is saved under that category from:
WP Admin -> Video Gallery -> Categories
since when you click on the category it just opens a tab asking the admin whether or not to Publish the video.

Please refer the following link and http://screencast.com/t/uMHBw8asK. Check for the configxml and myextractxml path in Network mode and open the path in new tab. Now get the video url from “video_url” parameter in the myextractxml path http://screencast.com/t/BV8CVMt9Z and open in new tab. If there is no problem with the video url, then the player will play fine. Else please share your test site url. So that I can check from my end and assist you accordingly.

Sorry I am going to use a different plugin. Nothing I am using can be viewed by another user. It is all on a private intranet that CANNOT be accessed outside this building. I believe this is interfering with the plugin.
