requested URL was rejected

    I’m getting 2 different errors, which I suspect are related.

    When I try to upload an image:
    An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.

    When I try to save a draft post or draft page (or publish either):
    The requested URL was rejected. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster.

    Things I’ve already tried:
    – Turn off all plug-ins
    – Clear cache and cookies
    – Switch browsers (tried 2 others)
    – Turn off theme
    – Run debugging plug-in (Total Security)

    The only thing that works is using a completely different computer (Mac). My primary computer is a PC with the latest Windows install. I’ve ensured all updates were complete and rebooted, ran virus and spyware scan (no issues).

    My images are only 40k. And have tried every possible way to upload.

    What are you looking for in the code specifically? All of my existing Web pages load fine. It’s just new pages / posts.

    I’ve been able to upload images successfully by using the “insert URL” method, but cannot upload images — even on my other computer anymore.

    I’ve been able to create new blog posts finally, but anytime I try to add a link (to another blog post or to Twitter), then the page breaks again, and I get the rejected URL message again.

    Ideas?

    Yep, it’s the links inside pages and posts that is causing all the problems. I just successfully published a page by stripping out all URLs first.
