    After installing the plugin and enabling it I am not able to see the request from customers and where to manage them.

    I just found out that the problem is that the send quote button in order isnt working.

    Hi @icanbe444,

    I’ve recently released an update which contains a fix related to the button. Can you kindly update to the latest version (1.7.0) and check if it helps fix the issue.

    I have update the plugin to the newest version. It now shows quote sent but there is no mail sent to customer

    That’s strange. Are other emails (like WC Order emails and so on) coming through fine?

    Also, did you check the Spam folder to ensure it hasn’t landed there accidently?

    If all the other emails are coming through fine then request you to kindly send me the WP admin access details and FTP access details to a staging/dev site where the issue is replicated. Please send the details on pinalj1612 at gmail dot com.
