in pwa.sw.jd line 145 is for OFFLINE_CACHE_FILES , and 139 for BASE_CACHE_FILES , in my settings offline page is my Default ,change it to my hme page, nothing change.
We inspected your site and it seems all the things are looks good, we have attached here screenshot. Manifest and service-worker is detected properly there is no issue.

But when we check in browser, not getting any 304 response by server ,we have checked in home page URL https://prnt.sc/1jcargf . Please confirm us on which URL this 304 response is getting, and confirm once in wp settings-> permalink have slash(/) in the last?

We use Yoast, and Simple Ssl Pro ,just redirect http to https and no more.
Can you please check it once by disabling the http to https plugin temporarily and let me know if the issue is persist or not? So that we will assist you accordingly.

Yes 2 request with 304 status, Can You Please Minify JS and Json File? When Change Settings and Save ,again come back to unminify.
