Request to update page

Hello,

I love your plugin but was curious to know if it would be possible to “Update” or replace an existing page when an email is processed?

For example, you send an email, and postie creates the Live from the field page. Great.
Now, I would like to send another email that would replace the current page with this one, not create a new page (with a 2 or 3, etc).

Is there a setting that will do this or a tweak to add this functionality?
