• Hi guys! I hope you´re well!
Please, I´d really appreciate your help.
I´ve been building a website for the past 1,5 months and I am using Divi (Elegant Themes) and WordPress hosted on godaddy.com. I have been experiencing general slowness since the beginning basically but I thought that maybe it´s the way it is and I kept on working with it. Every day I had at least a few occasions when the site crashed completely. And then last Friday I started getting Request Timeout error continuously and have not been able to save any changes since Friday. It happens when I am editing a module (simple changes such as changing font, fonst size or adding a global module to a post), I make 1 change, I go on to save it (hit Update button) and sometimes it goes through (though it takes over 20 secs) but since Fri. most of the time it crashes and gives me the Timeout Request error. I have checked with GoDaddy and there seems to be no issue on their end as well as my Internet provider with the same result. Would you be able to advise me please?
Thank you and I am looking forward to your reply!

  • Divi is a premium theme so you may want to contact the developer (elegant themes) 🙂
