That is an attractive template, I wouldn’t mind seeing that released either.
It looks like she might have designed that herself. If so, you really should ask her permission before using it on your own site.
yeah, its just that im creating a fansite about her, and i am going to translate her blog everyday into english for the english fans…shes a pretty cool jpop artist, i also dont want this to be released to anyone else…will pay 😛

Did it even occur to you that perhaps whomever designed that site doesnt want YOU to have it?
The absolute nerve of some people is just amazing.
If you are able to successfully translate the site than obviously you can locate an email adress and correspond with whoever is responsible, and ASK for permission.
Creating a fansite in english, yadda yadda yadda, doesnt give you any right to do what you have suggested. Oh and guess what, if you do, I WILL be the first person to take YOUR ripped theme, and make it available to EVERY wordpress user on the planet.
Ive socked your email away in a text file for future google searches, your little fansite with that stolen theme wont be hard for me to find.

OMFG, sorry, yeah i guess thats true, ah well, i guess ill create my own UNIQUE theme, i just thought that it might be better, if its the same style, with the banner mentioning a translated version of the orginal blog, that i’d be more cooler, though i was wrong…

Like whooami said though, you can get permission first, then just make it “kind of” like her’s or similiar..
I noticed alot of people made up Maddox fan sites already, using his basic site layout, colors and everything.. He even has links to it at bottom of his page..
The best thing to do is, ask permission first..and if they say no, then just make something unique of your own.. =)
