    Hello @theshae

    with request parameter you can only check for something like &new=1
    But you could try our new plugin, which delivers some useful dynamic tags:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/dynamictags

    Than you can use “Server vars” and select “QUERY_STRING”.
    This should return
    page=support&new

    Than you can check if it contains “new”.
