 * When you refer to poor internet connectivity, is this from your website to Wordfence’s
   servers?
 * Ideally, we would need a diagnostics report to check why this might be, if you
   could send one to **wftest @ wordfence . com**? You can find the link to do so
   at the top of the **Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics** page. Then click on **“Send
   Report by Email”**. Please add your forum username where indicated and _respond
   here after you have sent it._

 * Yes, my web server connection to your wordfence server is poor and seems blocked
   by Chinese Firewall. I need help for updating rules manually.

 * Thanks for sending the diagnostics and confirming you are blocked by locational
   firewall from obtaining the file you need.
 * Unfortunately after further consultation, we do not at present make the individual
   files available for manual updates.

   it work.
